The Big Apple!
My good friend Misti and I met for a weekend of fun and relaxation. I have been to New York before but every time is different. This time it started with a visit to the 9/11 Memorial. It is so sad to think about the violence in the world. I cannot understand why we can't do a better job of accepting each other and living more peacefully.
We enjoyed a couple shows on Broadway, Evita and Wicked (the Wicked Witch was not so wicked after all).
We also visited the Statue of Liberty, had good food and stayed in a great apartment on the Hudson River thanks to my brother.
